These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Shopimize ("Shopimize", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Shopimize e-commerce analytics platform available at app.shopimize.com and the associated marketing website at shopimize.com (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, clicking "Get Started Free", or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Shopimize on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided for material changes.

Shopimize is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides e-commerce merchants with profit analytics, cost management, and business intelligence tools. Core features include:

• Real-time profit and loss dashboards aggregating data from connected stores
• Platform integrations — Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Wix
• Marketing cost attribution from Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads
• Payment fee tracking for Stripe, PayPal, and Shopify Payments
• Shipping cost integration with ShipStation, ShipBob, Easyship, Sendcloud, and others
• COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) import and per-product profitability analysis
• AI-generated performance insights and automated weekly digest emails
• Goals, custom alerts, P&L reports, and CSV/PDF exports
• Team workspaces with role-based access controls

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Shopimize you must register by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorised access at hello@shopimize.com

You may invite team members within your plan limits: 1 user on Free, up to 5 on Starter, up to 15 on Pro, and unlimited on Enterprise. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, fail to pay fees, or pose a security risk.

Shopimize is offered on the following subscription plans (USD). Plans are also available in EUR and GBP — see our Pricing page:

Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount billed upfront. All prices exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe on a recurring basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds. Shopimize reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Only one free trial per individual or legal entity is permitted.

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Connect accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use bots or automated scripts beyond normal usage
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the Service's performance or infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent
• Store sensitive personal data categories (health records, government IDs, financial credentials)
• Process personal data without a valid legal basis

You retain full ownership of all data imported into Shopimize. By using the Service, you grant Shopimize a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell or share your data for commercial purposes. You may export your data at any time before account deletion.

Shopimize integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Stripe, PayPal, and various shipping providers. Shopimize is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party platforms and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless expressly stated.

Shopimize and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOPIMIZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Analytics and profit figures are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial, tax, investment, or business decisions. Shopimize is not a financial or legal advisor.

SHOPIMIZE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €100. IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOPIMIZE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

You may terminate your account at any time via Account Settings. Shopimize may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, fail to pay, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Paris, France. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We will notify you of material changes by email and/or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
