Shopimize
Shopimize vs Lifetimely

A Lifetimely alternative for every store and platform you run.

Both tools show your real profit after product costs, ad spend, shipping and fees, with customer lifetime value and cohort reports. They differ in which platforms they connect, what you pay for several stores, where payment fees come from, and the languages and currency you work in. Here are the differences, with sources.

Platforms

WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix and eBay, not only Shopify

Lifetimely's pages describe Shopify stores, with Amazon as a paid add-on ("Amazon Add-On is +$75/mo on top of any paid plan"); they do not mention WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix or eBay. Shopimize connects all five platforms, with ad spend from Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Snapchat and Pinterest.

  • Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix and eBay
  • Six ad platforms plus Klaviyo
  • Real-time webhooks for Shopify and WooCommerce
  • All your stores in one dashboard
Several stores

Several stores, one subscription

Lifetimely's help centre says "Each Shopify store connected to your multi-store account requires its own subscription", and "Lifetimely is currently monthly billing only". A Shopimize plan covers several stores, on any platform, and can be billed monthly or annually.

  • Several stores in one subscription
  • Stores on different platforms in the same plan
  • Profit per store or for all stores together
  • Monthly or annual billing

Payment fees

Shopify Payments fees imported, not typed in

Lifetimely's help centre asks you to enter a "Fixed cost per transaction" and a "Percentage fee" for each payment gateway, with Shopify Payments among its examples, and applies those rates to your orders. Shopimize can import the fee Shopify Payments actually charged on each order, reads WooCommerce fees from the WooPayments, Stripe and PayPal plugins, and uses your own rules only for other payment methods.

  • Shopify Payments fees imported per order
  • WooPayments, Stripe and PayPal fees read on WooCommerce
  • Stripe fees looked up by transaction when missing
  • Your own rules for every other payment method
Europe

In French and Spanish, billed in euros

Lifetimely's Shopify App Store listing gives English as its language and says "All charges are billed in USD". Shopimize's interface is available in English, French and Spanish, plans can be paid in euros, dollars or pounds, and shipping costs can come from European tools such as Sendcloud, Packlink, Shipmondo and Webshipper.

What to check before you choose

Questions worth asking of any profit tracker, Lifetimely and Shopimize included.

Every platform you sell on

If you also sell on WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix or eBay, check that every store can be connected, not only the Shopify one.

The total for all your stores

When each store needs its own subscription, one plan's price is not what you will pay. Add up the cost for every store you run.

Which payment fees are real

Rates you type in are an estimate of what a gateway charged. Check whether the actual fee on each order is imported.

How deep your customer analysis goes

If predictive lifetime value and industry benchmarks drive your decisions, compare those reports closely. If you need profit per order, product and channel, compare how costs and fees are sourced.

Your language and currency

If your team works in French or Spanish, or your accounts are kept in euros, check the interface languages and the billing currency.

How you are billed

If you plan to keep a tool, annual billing usually costs less than twelve monthly payments. Check whether it is offered.
