Shopimize vs Metorik

A Metorik alternative built around profit, on every platform you sell on.

Metorik combines WooCommerce and Shopify reports with email automation. Shopimize focuses on profit after product costs, payment fees, shipping and ad spend. Both update WooCommerce data in real time. They differ in which platforms they connect, whether WooCommerce and Shopify stores can share a subscription, where payment fees come from and how you are billed. Here are the differences, with sources.

Platforms

PrestaShop, Wix and eBay alongside WooCommerce and Shopify

Metorik's homepage says "Built for WooCommerce, Shopify, Shopify Plus". Shopimize connects Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix and eBay, with ad spend from Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Snapchat and Pinterest. Its interface is available in English, French and Spanish; Metorik's Shopify App Store listing gives English as its language.

  • Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix and eBay
  • Six ad platforms plus Klaviyo
  • Real-time webhooks for WooCommerce and Shopify
  • English, French and Spanish
One subscription

WooCommerce and Shopify stores on the same plan

Metorik's help centre says "A single company cannot mix WooCommerce and Shopify stores under one active subscription." On Shopimize, every store counts towards one plan whatever platform it runs on, and all of them sit in the same account and the same dashboard.

  • Stores on different platforms in one plan
  • Several stores in one subscription
  • Profit per store or for all stores together
  • One account and one login

Payment fees

Real gateway fees, without choosing custom fields

Metorik's cost settings let you "set a cost for all the different transaction methods you offer your customers", or pick the WooCommerce custom field that holds the real cost. Shopimize reads the fee that WooPayments, WooCommerce Stripe Gateway and WooCommerce PayPal Payments record on each order, looks it up in your connected Stripe account when a Stripe plugin records none, and imports Shopify Payments fees on Shopify stores.

  • WooPayments and Stripe fees read from the order
  • PayPal fees from WooCommerce PayPal Payments
  • Stripe fees looked up by transaction when missing
  • Shopify Payments fees imported from Shopify
Plans

A free plan, and annual billing

Asked about a free plan, Metorik's pricing page answers "we do have a Starter Plan which includes all features for $25/month", and its help centre says "Metorik does not offer annual subscription options". Shopimize has a free plan, a 14-day free trial of paid plans without a credit card, and monthly or annual billing.

Metorik has one plan with every feature. Its price follows your average monthly orders over the last 3 months and the number of stores you connect, from $25/month up to $3,000/month for 150,000 orders, with Enterprise above that. Prices are in USD, billed monthly, and every level includes email credits. Checked on 11 September 2026.

What to check before you choose

Questions worth asking of any analytics tool, Metorik and Shopimize included.

Every platform you sell on

If you also sell on PrestaShop, Wix or eBay, check that every store fits in one account and one dashboard.

Mixing platforms in one plan

If you run a WooCommerce store and a Shopify store, check whether both fit in one subscription or need two.

Which payment fees are real

Check whether each gateway's actual fee is read automatically, or whether you have to enter rates or point the tool to the right custom field.

Whether you need email in the same tool

Some tools combine reports with email automation, others focus on profit. If you already send emails with another tool, you may not need a second one.

Who needs access

Plans differ in how many teammates they include. Count the people who need their own login before you compare prices.

How you are billed

If you plan to keep a tool, annual billing usually costs less than twelve monthly payments. Check whether it is offered.
